Coronavirus outbreak – taking care of yourself

While there is plenty of official advice coming from the government; we just wanted to remind you to take care of yourself during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Unfortunately we all have a low immune system at times. Having necrotizing fasciiitis and ongoing health problems mean we are quite vulnerable to other viruses.
The Coronavirus is now becoming a problem in many countries (and increasingly so in the UK) so please take that extra step in looking after yourself and giving yourself that extra bit of tender loving care.
Think about keeping yourself a metre away from people in shops, cafe’s and while using public transport. Think twice is our advice.
