Robert explains how he was introduced to The Lee Spark NF Foundation

“I was introduced to The Lee Spark NF Foundation by its Scottish Ambassador (Elaine McCulloch) and I was able to discover much about the condition necrotising fasciitis than I ever knew before.  Most importantly I discovered I wasn’t alone in my continuing battle with the effects of this dreadful infection.

I believe it’s extremely important to raise awareness of necrotising fasciitis and I’m a great believer in the saying ‘together we can make a difference’ and that is what the foundation is doing.”

We are extremely grateful for all of Robert’s work and campaigning!

The Lee Spark NF Foundation

We created The Lee Spark Necrotising Fasciitis (NF) Foundation after the sudden tragic and traumatic loss of 23 year old Lee Spark.

We identified a need to inform, support and represent the interests of patients and all individuals affected by this horrific disease.

The Lee Spark NF Foundation is the only registered charity based in the UK supporting all individuals who have been affected directly or indirectly by severe streptococcal infections or necrotising fasciitis.
